There are 5 colours in this Range, each 1m x 1m tile weighs 3.4kg with great acoustic insulation.

These Tiles are very popular with Schools on their Basketball Courts & School Halls. Along with the many other uses like Stadiums, Commercil Offices, Shops/Displays, Class Rooms, Science Labs, Recreations Halls, Utility/Change Rooms, Exhibitions, Events & Heavy Duty Walk areas.

They are popular as they do not lose their shape like Rubber Backed Tiles long with sweating and affecting the Floors on hot/humid days. Because these Tiles aren't a loop pile they can deal with a large range of footwear.

These Modular Carpet Tiles create approx 80% less waste than broadloom Carpet. Being able to be recycled, the PP fibres and Polyolefin backing are recycleable. High Quality Floor protector with a Non-marking backing. Suitable for under Castor Chairs and heavy foot traffic. Non-marking backing that is suitable over Timber Floors.

Installation: Tiles can be loose laid in temporary installations with the perimeter tiles anchored with a residue free double sided ahesice tape. In permanent installations tile should be adhered with a preassure sensitive adhesive. Worn / Damaged tiles can be peeled up and replaced.

Australian Fire Rating: AS ISO 9239-1 Flammability Test resuts were achieved of CRF > 4.6 and Smoke < 400. Test certificate can be viewed on application.

Maintenance:

PP Fibres are naturally chemically inert ( resistant to dilute acids, alkalis and solvents), are hydrophobic (will not rot) and indoor user safe, colour fast (extrude colouration).

Vacuum of general dust and grit. Periodical steam cleaning for soiling spills and odours. Spot clean liquid carpet cleaners and rinse clean with clean water. Dry wet tiles in the shade. Use PVC castor chair protectors to prolong tile life.

Installation:

1) Plan the positiong for the tiles by marking the floor with chalk lines for the joins.

2) Use a 20cm wide 6mm Nap Hair paint roller to apply the Pressure Sensitive (PS) Adhesive to the subfloor along the chalk lines.

3) Apply Pressure Sensitive Adhesive so all 4 sides of the tiles are held.

4) Pressure Sensitive Adhesive will take about 20 minutes to be ready to then lay the tiles.  

5) When applied with a paint roller, 1lt of PS Adhesive covers approx 6m2

Scattermats WILL NOT accept any Refunds/Returns or Exchanges of Hall Runner type products including but not limited to “by the Meter”, Cut from a Roll and Increment Runners, under any circumstances, as made to custom length requirements per customer, due to the unsuitability of Re-sale and costs of labour to cut and storage limitations.

On Receipt of Goods, Goods found to be Faulty/Damaged during Manufacturing may be Replaced and/or Discounted at Scattermats Rug Warehouse discretion, but only when photographic proof is provided for damaged/faulty item/s. Once proof is received Scattermats will pass on the information to the Manufacturer or Suppliers Representative for a decision.

If you need to Return your item, and is accepted by Scattermats, we will credit your Scattermats account the Purchase Price, less Delivery fees (to cover the outward &/or inbound delivery costs or, to cover re-delivery costs) as well as any associated Administration Fees or Restocking fees. Any goods being returned, Scattermats may or may not arrange the freight return for an additional fee, but costs will be at customers expense, and No Responsibility will be held by Scattermats for the item being Returned. Simply return the item in "as purchased condition" within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Goods purchased on the website that are “Unsuitable”, may be Exchanged for an item of Equivalent Value or Greater otherwise your account can be left in Credit, however item must be free of any dust, dirt, human or animal hair etc, providing that the product/s is returned to us undamaged and in its original condition and packaging or suitably wrapped and labelled. If the goods must be cleaned, funds to the amount of $60.00 but no limited to, will be deducted from the amount already paid and/or the Rug Exchange may be Rejected and any costs of goods to be returned back to the customer will be at the purchaser’s expense.

Any item/s deemed unable to be delivered by Courier, due to “no person to receive goods” or decide to Cancel or Reject the order prior to delivery, will be Refunded their Purchase Price less delivery fees (to cover the outward and/or inbound delivery costs or, to cover Re-Delivery costs) and any associated Administration Fees or Restocking Fees determined by Scattermats.

NO REFUNDS will be given for ANY Purchases made on the Scattermats Website.
