1930s - 40s Forman Brothers, Inc., Brooklyn, New York Set Including Coffee Percolator, Sugar Bowl and Creamer.  Only what is shown in the pictures is included.  Not tested nor is testing recommended due the the age and unknown history of the pot.  The pot is 5 3/4" in diameter x 13" tall x 8 5/8" spout to handle.  The repair to the sugar lid was taken into account when the price was set.
