The colour is a cross between navy and charcoal grey, it can look different shades depending on the light. The skirt part is loose and flowy while an elasticated waist makes for the perfect fit! It also has a self tie belt to further cinch in at the waist. Fastens with hook and thread loops to the back. Material does not have stretch and is lightweight. Good used condition with a few missing beads - not too noticeable but ones from the skirt could easily be moved - please see photos. Neck label has also been removed.
