A vintage set of 2 "pocket" first aid kits that fit into their own little belt looped pouch which can be opened to give you access to both kits quickly.

Most likely Civilian-issue given the lack of Military or Medical emblems on the pouch.

The dark green case is heavy duty and contains a couple of 2" compresses (one wrapped, one not, and 3 tubes of Merthiolate swabs (pre-Iodine although listed as Iodine).

The light green case holds what appears to be a lard bandage or compress.

Super cool and great conversation pieces!
