This is an N Gauge Beaver Products White Metal Kit N.654 LMS ex MR "FLATIRON" 0-6-4 Tank Locomotive. I have assembled one to show what a lovely detailed kit this is. Removed from packaging for photographing so that the great quality of these kits can be seen. A GRAFAR 0-6-0PT chassis will be required which regularly turn up on eBay.
