This is an original 1960’s Leica L39 adapter for the Olympus Pen F. These adapters are increasingly rare and have no modern equivalent. Made in japan. Comes with original boxes and manual. Boxes and manual do have normal wear from age. Original sticker from woodside camera is still intact.
