New for 2023 the 700mm x 500mm roof hatch from Hartford.

These are a very good tough roof vent similar the Midi Heki or the Skymaxx.

Suitable for new and replacement installs for 700mm x 500mm cut out.

They come as standard “non-vented” so when the dome closes onto the frame there is a clear seal giving it an air tight seal. The seal is removable if required.

Double skinned dome for extra toughness and insulation.

This listing is for the “LED ” version and comes with white inner frame and strip LED’s in built in the frame.

Currently there is no Non LED version available in the 700 x 500

They fit roof thickness of 28mm – 60mm

Suggested cut out 700mm x 500mm.

They have a white inner frame to suite more modern vans. (please note some of the stock pictures only show cream frames this listing is for the white frame version).

Update 09/04/2024– All new stock now comes with frosted LED Lens covers not clear as in the main pictures, see final picture showing one fitted.

Extra tough locking in arm mechanism full locks into position when lose with a “clunk”.

Inner frame comes complete with blind and Flyscreen.

Supplied with fitting guide, screws & install blocks so all you need to add is sealant.

Delivery time:

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and the vast majority will be within 2 working days of completing your order, providing the goods are in stock. Delivery for most orders will be sent on overnight courier. Deliveries to Zones outside A & B may take longer. Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to dispatch to addresses which include BFPO.

If any item is out of stock we will contact you to advise you on the expected date of dispatch.

For all deliveries by couriers a signature is required upon receipt of your goods. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery before signing for them. If goods seem to be damaged please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
