Lovely and unusual shirt by TRIBE A People United…hand loomed, loose weave, very soft and drapey. It looks tan or taupe but the actual threads are cream/ecru, steel blue, and very light spring green (see closeup). V neck and wide sleeves, decorative orangey-red topstitching at seams. Front and back feature slits with ribbon lacing, to give it a sort of medieval peasant look.
Size approx. L/XL about a 14-16. Chest is 48”, back of neck to hem 25”. Straight silhouette, not flared or tapered. In excellent condition, worn only a few times. Fabric care tag is missing but I think this is a cotton/rayon blend, hand wash and hang to dry, OK to iron but if you iron the ribbons it should be on very low heat.
