Faulty transducers can cause the following error codes to appear in you digital display –

E=02 (High pressure signal from transducer)

E=03 (Transducer failure or connection error)

Faulty transducers can also allow your machine to run past the maximum pressure of 3300psi and not stop.

Over-pressurized machines can cause dangerous burst paint lines or damage to other components, such as pumps or drain valves. Sensor failure in Graco airless paint sprayers is a common occurrence; sensors are not repairable and they must be replaced.

Features:

1) made of good materials and has excellent durability for better connection to high pressure filters and control panels. Sprayer Pressure Transducer adopt preciseness compensation technology and sensitive components, bear high volumes from 6bar to 6000bar.Replaceable Part Number: 243222

2) connected between the high pressure filter and the control board. The sensor is sending a signal to the control board, and the control board uses that information to know when the sprayer has reached maximum pressure. Excessive pressure can cause the sensor to cause an error code to appear on your digital display, a timely reminder to replace or report an error

3) can cause dangerous burst paint lines or damage to other components, such as pumps or drain valves. Sensor failure in Graco airless paint sprayers is a common occurrence; sensors are not repairable and they must be replaced

Easy Installation

See if the display board shows CODE 03 before replacing, or remove the control box cover to see if the LED is blinking three times

Turn off power to the sprayer and unplug the power cord

Unplug the old transducer

Install the new transducer according to the removal steps

If there is no error code showing on the display board (or the display board shows as the picture), it means the problem has been solved
