This is a new, never-hung, never-used banner of Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's a popular motivational picture with the word CONQUER across it.

I say banner because this IS NOT A FLAG, meaning there are no rings to hoist it. It's meant to be fixed to a flat surface and displayed that way. 

It has been in storage for some years, but the material seems good and colors are still vibrant like new. All it will need is some steaming/ironing upon arrival, since it'll be folded.

I'm not sure what the material is, but was forced to choose one for the listing. I don't think it's polyester, rather a starchy and slightly thicker material that is meant for display. 

Please note this banner is small, only 3ft x 2ft. Many flags are typically 3ft x 5ft, and this a little thinner across. 

Unfortunately I don't have any brand, material, or manufacturing info about the flag.
