- This was one of my first piano books when I was learning how to play!
- All the pages are there, but the very first title page is no longer attached to the binding.
- About 16 pages have minor pencil writing (i.e., a check mark to show which song I should learn next, and numbering when I need help counting, flat/sharp), and 2 pages have some writing in ball point pen.
- Pages are in great condition, otherwise!
- Cover shows wear, and the inside covers are taped and the page next to those have some tape residue.
