The puzzle is in great condition, but is missing a single piece (please see the pictures). Otherwise a quality puzzle!

The box is in great shape, just shows some minor shelf wear and a couple of spots on the back. There are also some pieces of tape stuck to the bottom. I didn't try to remove for fear of ripping the box. In very solid shape.
