Ripley's Believe It or Not Magazine - Issue #1 - September 1953 -  Hero Grader 4.0. Golden Age Classic!  Hero Grader is a new option in grading. The comic or magazine isn't completely encapsulated, it is against a thick clear piece of plastic, bagged and sealed. The grading seal can't be removed without destroying it. You can enter the grading number on their web site, see front and back scans before it was graded and details of the grade. I was a customer at their comic book store, and they have now transitioned to grading.
