We always sell a complete pump but without the black pulley (we sell the pulley separately as a spare part). The pulley can easily be transferred from the current pump.

Remanufactured parts are repaired parts, and slight signs of wear are possible visible. All pumps are tested and their functionality is 100%. Installation of an Adaptive Drive pump should be carried out by experienced workshops only. With each unit you will receive information about the installation and you are free to contact us for advice. First other components of the Adaptive Drive system should be tested if your old pump has failed, before installing a new unit. Also the right procedure should be used when installing the pump, we advise an oil flush and installation of a new filter and the system should be bleeded for air and calibrated. If these steps are not followed correctly the new unit will be damaged. Since most buyers don’t take these correct steps, we don’t accept any returns of this product after installation. We hope you understand this decision, with buying the product you are agreed to this statement.

What is the condition of the product? As on the photos the product is like new. Also internally the product has been checked and its functionality is 100%.

Do I receive the new item immediately after the buy? Yes we first ship the new item, after which you can send us back the old unit. Please note we only ship after all payments are complete.

Why do I have to pay a deposit? These units are recycled parts, which is why the prices are much lower than the new price. However we need as much units to be returned as being sold.

How do I receive back my deposit? The deposit will be refunded once we received back your old pump. Please ship an undamaged item back to us in a properly packed box

Can I return the product? Yes within 14 days you can return the uninstalled product to receive a full refund. Costs of the shipping are for the buyer.

Do you have advices when installing the unit? Yes, please read the instructions that are supplied with each unit or find more information on our website. Please install the unit only at a workshop experienced with the Adaptive Drive system.

The pump gives 0 or 1 bar pressure after installation, is it defect? You have probably not opened the suction valve or your pressure sensor is defect. Please shut off the engine immediately to prevent damage to the pump. Please read the instruction for installation carefully. No returns are possible after installation.

The pump gives insufficient pressure, what should I do? The pump has been probably run without sufficient oil flow damaged during installation and is damaged. No returns are possible after installation.

For some parts in our shop we would need the payment of a deposit. The amount of the deposit can be found in the product description. For the payment of the deposit you will receive an invoice, which should be paid before any items are being shipped.  After you have received and installed the new product, please send the old parts properly packed in its original box and free of oil to ABCspecialist Netherlands for recycling using the instructions on the return form. After inspection you will receive the deposit back to your account.

 * Guarantee and returns
You have the right of withdrawal, a 14 days cool down period. You can return a product within 14 days when unused and being uninstalled using your right of withdrawal. No returns are accepted after 14 days an no returns are accepted after usage, please read the special terms and conditions that apply to the sale. The client is always responsible for the return of the product and the accompanying costs in the case if withdrawal. Refunds are only made after receiving back the product and technical examination.

All products are tested and 100% functional. We aim to produce our remanufactured products like new, but the products sold as remanufactured are at is basis still used parts, and slight signs of wear are always possible. Components of the hydraulic Adaptive Drive system are very sensitive for correct installation. In addition, the Adaptive Drive parts are to be assembled by a trained technician specialized in the Adaptive Drive system. Moreover, the system should be bleeded, tested and read out with BMW diagnostic devices. Adaptive Drive parts cannot be returned in any case after assembly or usage of any kind.

Items with a defect can be returned within 14 days only when the product was unused, taking into account the terms of the purchase. Please contact our customer service to report the issue and send the defective product along with the filled in complaint form to ABCspecialist and use the original packaging. The customer is always responsible for the return of the product and the associated costs. The delivery of a replacement product will be made only after receipt of the product and technical examination.
