Hood is in a better then average condition. Rubber looks OK. It shows light wear. I don't see anything damaged. Lens hood looks and works good. This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
Hood is double threaded, it is collapsible. But it doe snot have rigid rim.
