This is a button down blouse size small.

Sleeve length is 3/4.

The collar is frilled and the sleeves are frilled at wrists as well.

There is a black ribbon at the collar that can be tied into a bow. The ribbon is about 32 inches long on each side.

The buttons are made of metal, and their color is gold.

The fabric pattern is textured polka dots. 

The blouse is unlined and completely sheer (as seen in photo #4).

The fabric itself is made of polyester, and it does not stretch.

The blouse has care instructions on a tag (photo #8).

The condition of the blouse is great. It was barely worn. No buttons are missing, no loose threads, no stains, and no holes.
