semi shear black chiffon type fabric over a black light weight taffeta lining
hem line & cuffs trimmed in a nice black velvet with blue velvet ribbon centered over the black
front bodice has rows of top stitched pin tucks, waist darts in back
snaps up the front under fabric covered buttons
attached unlined neck scarf
skirt has rows of top stitching at the hip line that go into this nice pleated skirt
dress & sleeves are fully lined
cuffs snap at the wrists
wonderful vintage condition, no issues
