Some notes on returns:
IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ITEM:
Please note that in the very unlikely event of the item being not as described or not arriving etc, this will always be dealt with quickly and efficiently by me by either issuing a full refund or replacing the item, covering any postage expenses.
If so, please email me directly (see T&C's) before opening a case in the Ebay resolution centre. This action disproportionately harms my account and I would prefer to be able to deal with any issues directly.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, OR PURCHASE THE WRONG ITEM:
As a business seller I am obligated to allow returns on my items. A return is essentially when you, the buyer, changes their mind within 14 days, and my initial cost of sending you the item is not reimbursed. I would greatly appreciate it if you could be sure of your purchase before buying, and if you are unsure about any aspect of compatibility or functionality, please do contact me with any questions before purchase.
