Yes you are getting 5 of these vintage blank Philadelphia police fingerprint cards, which are new old stock, never used. These are for Males, and it looks as if maybe they were printed in 1975 by looking at the stamp on the lower left corner. These cards all have a little yellowing and some slight signs of wear from sitting around, but overall really nice condition.
