Do not use scouring-powder, steel wool, hard or sharp tools which can scratch the surface.
Use of unsuitable cleaning agents may damage the surface. Any damage caused in this way
will not be covered by warranty.

Items will be posted by AU POST or TOLL . Please note that sometime we will separate your orders into multiple parcels . We will update all tracking numbers on eBay then.

If you didn't receive the items within 2 weeks after sending, please contact us through eBay message.
We only accept the return of the item in this situation:
1.Item is still brand new.
2.Item is still under the returned within 30 days of purchase with original packing and all accessories .Customers need to pay return postage fee.
 
Items should be returned in 14 days once your return has been accepted. Once we have received your returned product, we aim to process the refund within 7 working days.
 
We do not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.
