We offer free economy shipping in the United States. In an effort to bring you the lowest possible prices, economy shipments are held until we meet minimum shiping volumes (generally one shipment per week). Economy shipping can take 10 full business days to arrive in addition to handling time. In some cases, eBay may provide a faster estimated delivery time, but this is often overly optimistic. We are not able to offer refunds for non-delivery until 10 full business days after an item ships.
In some instances, items will be repackaged in slim-line poly cases. Artwork may be minimally creased as a result. This allows us to use the most reliable and timely shipping methods.
When applicable, digital codes (like Ultraviolet, Vudu & Movies Anywhere) are not guaranteed to be included or valid with purchase.
Each disc undergoes a physcal inspection prior to sale and a 2nd check before shipping. In the event that we discover that an item does not meet our quality standards, we will issue a full refund. For multi-item orders, we will proactively issue a prorated refund equal to the value of the damaged item and ship the rest of the order. We have top of the line commercial disc polishing machines and will clean and polish as needed.
