Looks to be 10k Yellow Gold pendant and 12 inch chain. 2.88 grams. It has writing on the chain. Too small for me to make out. Im Guessing it's 10k yellow gold as it came with the locket. I bought it at an estate sale many years ago.

This is a very beautiful handmade piece. It looks to be 1930s-1950s, or possibly Victorian?
Looks to be 10k yellow gold. I bought it many years ago at an estate sale, it came with the chain.
This necklace also has a pen making it a brooch as well.
There's another cool feature of this piece is it has the lady in the Cameo wearing a white gold necklace with flower and a diamond piece in the middle of the lady's necklace! See pictures for more details and to see the diamond shine!
The most unique thing about this brooch/pendent is that this beautiful young lady is facing the left! Yes, this are rare feature! Due to changing styles, and the fact there seems to only be a few made or that survived.
This makes this Cameo pendant/brooch a true treasure!!
