This is a wonderful pattern manufactured by Thomson Pottery.  Manufactured from 2001-2006 it is called Lighthouse and depicts a black and white lighthouse on the water with sea gulls flying.  For sale is a set of 1 dinner plate that measures 10 5/8" and it is in excellent used condition.  I have other pieces of this pattern for sale in separate listings.
