I purchased pallets of these wholesale direct from an overstock and freight salvage auction house. I then meticulously inspect and sort them, and the end result is the ability to offer the real-deal genuine product at an enormous discount. I am, however, in no way directly affiliated with the manufacturer, and therefore their warranty that they provide is not honorable through them. However, for this reason, I offer a 30-day no questions asked money back return policy, and in the off chance you receive a mask that is faulty, a replacement will be shipped out immediately with no hassle at all. These masks are open-box items in as-new condition. Many are new with the mask itself having never been unwrapped, and more times than not the box has never been opened. Some of them are open-box/customer returns that have been opened and returned but are in perfect shape. Anything that is not in perfect as-new condition I sell in other listings.

ALL masks and accessories have been thoroughly inspected, tested, and cleaned/sanitized, and are guaranteed to function perfectly, as well as be cosmetically perfect/near perfect as well.

Occasionally I find factory defects, such as a backwards ON|OFF switch and other odd defects. HOWEVER, you will receive no such thing if you purchase from this listing. Anything with any defect or noticeable flaws (scratches, scuffs, stained cases etc) are sold on different listings at a much more discounted price, so check my other listings for occasional super-deals.

PLEASE NOTE-  Please be sure to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Occasionally it can be difficult for some users to find the location of the on/off touch button that is located in the middle of the forehead. Try pushing with multiple fingers, your whole palm, at different locations with different amounts of pressure, etc. Once you've found that sweet spot it becomes much easier to operate thereafter! Also, be sure that it is fully charged and that the toggle switch is in the correct position! The instructions provide a good visual of how to operate it. If for some reason you are forced to pay multiple shipping costs upon checkout, message me, and as soon as I see it I will refund you the difference.

I personally inspect, test and sanitize each mask before shipping. That being said, in the unlikely event that there is anything wrong with your mask when you receive it, please contact me immediately and I will be happy to assist however necessary or get you immediately swapped out with a replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: AGAIN- Oftentimes it can be difficult for some new users to figure out how to get the mask turned on the first time. This has resulted in a LOT of "item not as described" returns claiming that the product is faulty, when in reality the mask functions perfectly fine; just a case of operator error usually due to not reading the instructions. If you have an issue turning on the mask or think your mask is faulty, please contact me PRIOR to starting a return so I can help walk you through operating the unit. However if it turns out that it is actually faulty I will immediately get you swapped out with a replacement.

NOTE: The instruction manual style has changed from the colorful large single folded page style shown in the photos, to a black and white version that is a bit smaller and has flippable pages more like a booklet. You will more than likely receive the newer updated version, the black and white one. If you have a special request for the older more fanciful looking colored version, let me know, and I can try to make sure that you receive that one, as I do currently still have a few extra copies laying around. In the end, it's just an instruction booklet and both contain literally all of the exact same info.
