Beautiful tagged MGM Glinda the Good Witch dress. Well made! Bodice front is pink ribbon roses. Bodice back is stretch pink velour. It closes with one solid piece of Velcro®. Neckline has attached high collar. Front has a "Rose Quartz Gem" broach. Multiple edges trimmed with silver braid.
Sleeves are a puffed made of the same satin with ribbon roses fabric as top. The hem is an elasticized ruffle with silver braid trim. Skirt is multiple layers (see photo). It consists of pale pink tulle, hot pink tulle and pink sparkle tulle over pick satin white netting and pink acetate.
