 Strap looks very nice. It shows light wear from use. I don't see anything damaged. I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.

 
Camera strap has a length of 48 inches
measured from end to end. Strap has two buckles, but two plastic loops that go at the end are missing.
