I think it's good for chest 37 - 39 in. The mannequin chest is set at 39 in The big bow in the back is a pin. You can match a slightly longer black petticoat under to make dress look longer.

****I put a big petticoat hoop under the dress, you will need a petticoat to get the full dress look. I steam ironed the dress for pictures, if there are wrinkles after you unpack it, you can hang the dress and set your iron on low setting "polyester/silk" then steam the dress.
