This antique brass vase is a unique piece of trench art from the era of WWI (1914-18). It features intricate hand-carved brass leaves and was modified from a WWI shell casing. The origin of the vase is German and it is a great addition to any militaria collection. The vase is an original piece and not a reproduction. It is a one-of-a-kind item that will make a great conversation piece.

The vase is in very good antique condition. When it was carved, the carving went straight through the casing in several places so it will either need a glass liner or just be used to hold dry flowers or silk flowers
