Disc in working condition and free of damage. The white plastic adapter to make the disc 5" is rather worn and yellowing. The case is cracked but is the original, with hype sticker on the front and a promo sticker from OLI on the back. Inlay has some wear. Contains four tracks, including two I believe exclusive to this release (on CD at least).
