Mahogany Colonial Drop Front Writing Desk Chippendale Style

We are moving soon, and I have to down size and reluctantly selling this lovely piece of furniture.

With the research, indicates this lovely desk is a Colonial Drop Front Writing Desk Chippendale style made with mahogany and mahogany stain, possibly made by Laurel Crown. Unfortunately they can’t verify this as they do not analyse photographs, and they are in San Mateo.

Unfortunately the owner before me, must of had an accident and the drop front desk part that is hinged, is no longer hinged and there is a bit of the timber missing and it’s cracked on one end where a hinge should be. Please refer to photos as this also forms part of the description condition.

Otherwise this desk is in an amazing condition. It is very heavy, and two strong men, who will even struggle with this to get it in a truck or back of a ute.
