The courier contacts customers within 5 working days of placing an order to arrange a delivery date in advance so please provide an up to date phone number when ordering.
This will be a kerbside, one-person delivery service only, so the driver may require some assistance and the courier will be unable to deliver the item inside of the property.
Customers must be present as a signature will be required to confirm the item is received in good order.
The item will be securely packaged on a pallet and shrink-wrapped.
Pallets will not be taken away by the courier.
Supplier delivery is normally 5-14 working days however delivery timescale may increase during peak trading periods.

We use DPD as our parcel shipper and we deliver as described (Either free or with the charge detailed on the item advertisement) to all postcodes except those detailed below.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to postcodes beginning with: AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO (I.O.W), ZE, BFPO.

All products are provided with a minimum 6-month warranty, this is for goods which become faulty but does not cover wear and tear or when the product instructions have not been followed.

We reserve the right to repair or replace products at our discretion.
In the event of faulty or damaged products (on arrival) the item will be replaced or refunded, subject to photos being received of damaged items.

In the event that an item is not required for any reason, we will request return of the item and a refund of the full purchase costs will be made. The cost of you the customer returning the item is non refundable. Please make sure returned items are sent on a tracked basis. We will not refund for items not received.

All claims for damaged products or refunds for any reason should be made within 14 days of the order date.
