Dependant upon the listing and your location EWHAREHOUSE will determine the best possible service to provide fast, reliable freight with comprehensive tracking. Please provide a business or residential address for all deliveries. If a PO Box is provided, EWHAREHOUSE may have to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery address and may delay the despatch of your purchase. Please note, expected delivery times may be exceeded due to location constraints within remote regions.
EWHAREHOUSE will accept returns for refund if the buyer has made an error or changed their mind. The item must be returned "as new" in original condition with unopened packaging within 30 days after the buyer receives it. The buyer must contact EWHAREHOUSE within 7 days following receipt of the item to gain a return authorisation number. A $25 administration / restocking fee will apply. In the event a product is defective in material or workmanship within the manufacturers warranty period, EWHAREHOUSE, in conjunction with the relevant manufacturer will either repair or replace the goods which have been deemed defective at no cost to the buyer for labour and materials.
