Up for sale is a vintage 1970 Chevrolet Soap Box Derby Official Rule Book. Please view all pics for condition. Shows wear from being used and from storage. Surfaces have some scuffs, and scratches. The book is sadly in pieces, and the pages have been torn away, or the binding just wore out from use over the years. The book is still complete, with all of the pages. Still has be read, or displayed in a frame.
