This is a vintage Buffet Crampon solid wood bari saxophone mouthpiece dating from possibly the 1920's. Found with a vintage bari sax made around 1915. Jumbo body with a big round chamber. It also has the original metal ring around the shank.
Great all around condition with excellent tip, rails and bite plate. Plays with a big round and dark tone. Actual tip opening measures .067" or 1.72 mm.
Comes with the original ligature and cap.
A great match for a vintage bari sax from the same period, or open up to your own specifications.
A super rare mouthpiece for collector or player.
