Once we receive the requested information, we will be able to provide accurate shipping quotes from our providers. There are a few shippers we use for out of state deliveries, as well as Uship. We typically ship large furniture items blanket wrap versus actual freight. We forward all applicable quotes on to you for your consideration.
We process shipping quote requests on Mondays and Thursdays. Please keep in mind that shipping quotes are good for no more than 24 hours. If we do not hear back from you within that time frame, there is a possibility that the quote may no longer be available.

We do not accept returns or do refunds on larger furniture items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so that we can discuss a resolution. Any refunds will have to be filed through the shipper as an insurance claim.

Majority of our items are antique or vintage and by definition, pre-owned. We carefully check each item, but normal wear and tear is to be expected. We do our best to include any minor problems in the description or to show condition through our photos, so please look closely. Item images are considered a part of the item description. We're happy to answer any questions you may have and send additional images if necessary.
