Enoch Wood's Pink English Scenery Vegetable Bowl
I am pleased to offer for your consideration a discontinued Wood & Sons, Burslem, Stoke, Staffordshire, England ENGLISH SCENERY 8" Vegetable Bowl that appears to have been seldom used, if ever; free of chips, cracks, repairs and stains. This charming serving piece, with an actual 8-1/4" diameter, has rich coloring on its "pink" graphics of an English countryside scene including a horse drawn wagon and villagers; beautiful floral and vines pattern gracefully makes its way towards the verge; swirled with scalloped edge. Please note that the color shades/hues shown in the supersized photo images may vary according to viewing screens, lighting, etc; may have inconsequential surface mark(s) most likely due to improper storage in its past. Stamped (in pink/red) ENOCH WOOD'S ENGLISH SCENERY, WOOD & SONS ENGLAND as well as maker's backstamp used circa 1917+. Additional pieces in this pattern are currently available or coming soon.
