Directions:
Like most gluten free flours, lupin flour works best when combined with
other flours, like coconut flour. Use binders for baking, such as tapioca starch
or xantham gum. Lupin flour typically contains bitter notes and will work
best with bitter masking ingredients.
A 50 gram serving measures at just under ½ cup. For 100% accuracy, use a scale.
