Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process an order, before shipment. All of our products are located in AUSTRALIA and will be shipped via Australia Post or assigned local courier services. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the receiver's information is correct or that extra freight may occurred to the buyer. If you haven't received your item after the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it.

We will test and confirm items in best conditions before shipment. We strictly follow eBay's return policy and provide entire return services when encounter. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery with an acceptable reason. However, item must be in it's original packaging and unused. Buyer needs to pay return postage PLUS the original shipping postage that paid by seller in the original purchase transaction.
