Buying Vintage Ceramics.

Within the description and the photographs that form part of this items condition report any major damage or flaws will have been pointed out such as cracks, chips and large scratches. Due to the nature of buying vintage ceramics it is assumed that it may have some age related wear such as light surface scratches and marks. In addition items may show imperfections present from the time of manufacture such as glaze irregularities or trivet marks from firing.

Payment.

Payment to be made within 7 days of auction end or immediately when “buy it now” is used.

Collection only and “buy it now” items must be cleared within 7 days.

Postage and Returns.

Every care is taken to pack items in the appropriate packing materials so they get to you safely and in one piece. Items will always be sent “signed for” and/or with tracking.  

If you wish to return an item please use the packaging that it was sent to you in. The returned item must be in the condition that it was sent to you and must be returned within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and it is recommended that a trackable service is used. You must obtain a certificate of posting. Once a returned item has arrived a full refund will be issued if the item was not as described, if the return is for any other reason a refund less the original postage and packaging costs will be issued.
