1964 Selmer Mark vi tenor sax- all original players horn!

Just got in this smoking 1965, 121,xxx Selmer mark vi tenor sax. If you’ve been looking for an early vi that’s all original and don’t mind the look of a players horn- that won’t break the bank -I’d give this one some serious consideration! The original laq has all but 20-30 % worn naturally and during the last overhaul the horn was sonically cleaned using bright dip- which cleans the brass and gives it a yellowish hue. This one’s a true player and the ones that usually look like this are for good reason- they play like crazy. There’s no exception to this one. It’s been fully set up and is ready to go it it’s new home. There’s been misc dent work in the bow and cap and a few resolders marks but everything has been sorted out professionally and this baby is ready to make some great music and bring a big smile to the new owners face. If you’re looking for a minty collectors horn this is not the horn for you, but if you don’t mint some wear and yet want an original real player- this is a sure fire score. It has the great vintage sound that everyone is after where it’s super responsive yet I’d characterize it as right in the middle of the spectrum. Not dark and not bright- great well balanced horn for all genres. Comes with the original neck with matching serial number and no past damage to it. Will ship in a protec style case.
