Outer dimensions are approx. 4.2X1X3" (exterior). It will fit many Panasonic DMC S and LX series cameras. I have tested it with Panasonic DMC-ZS5 camera and it fit perfectly. I don't know what camera it was made for...

Case looks good, I don't see anything damaged. It shows minor wear.
