We at Designer Dresswear only accept Paypal as our form of payment.

Payment to be made within 4 days of buying your items.

E cheques take up to 5 working days to clear, items will only be dispatched once cleared.

We aim to dispatch the majority of our items within one working day. If there is an issue we will contact you through Ebay messages.

All items sent within the United Kingdom will be sent by a trackable service and will require a signature upon delivery.

We post worldwide and shipping rates are stated on the listing. If for some reason you can not locate shipping costs to your country please message us through Ebay.

ALL ITEMS WILL BE SENT THROUGH A TRACKABLE SERVICE AND A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED

Once dispatched, delivery times are only an estimate given by the various couriers we use. Sometimes there can be a delay in receiving your items which are out of our control.

Customer satisfaction is our main aim. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item you can return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. Postage costs will not be refunded.  

Please note that you the buyer are responsible for paying return postage costs. It is recommended you return the item though a trackable courier.

Returned items should be unworn with all tags, labels and boxes in tact. Items returned to us with signs of wear, smoke or fragrance smells will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued. 

Customers from outside of the UK will be responsible for all custom and tax charges

Items sent with free postage will have the postage costs deducted from the total before a refund is issued.
