Calculate the current size:
 
Equipment current ÷ factor = selection current
Selection current × coefficient = equipment current (coefficient: resistive load is 2 times, inductive load is 6 times.)
Resistive load: electric heating, incandescent lamp, resistance... etc.
Inductive loads: motors, transformers, capacitors, solenoid valves, air conditioners, lighting with inductance... etc.
 
Example 1: A heater with a rated current of 15A, and the heater is a resistive load, then the formula: 15A×2=30A, you must choose to buy a 40A solid state relay.
 
Example 2: A motor with a rated current of 15A, and the motor is an inductive load, then the formula: 15A×6=90A, you must choose to buy a 100A solid state relay.

Reminder:
1. The solid-state relay generates a lot of heat. When the load current is greater than 10A, it needs to be used with a radiator. Apply thermal grease between the solid-state relay base plate and the radiator, and add a fan for forced cooling above 60A.
2. In the closed state, there is an off-state leakage current ≤ 5mA, which is not applicable to special scenarios. Please purchase with caution.

 A radiator must be installed for the relay load current above 10A, and thermal silica gel must be applied between the solid state relay floor and the radiator.
