Clasps

Condition: This antique book is in very good condition. The spine has been professionally restored at some point in the past (see 5th photo), but this has been done well and does not detract from what is still an impressive and beautiful book.

There have been family history inputs to three pages of the Family Register (see the 4th, 3rd and 2nd from last photos). These are the only markings in this book. All other pages are clean, tight and sound.
The clasps are sound as is the decorative metal edging to the boards.
The gilt edging on the pages is still in excellent condition. My photos do not do the gilt effect justice!
