Powered by a 420cc/15hp engine, the DGS1500 has an impressive shredder speed of 2000rpm, which quickly and easily shreds twigs, branches and trimmings up to a huge 11cm in diameter in no time. This is the only chipper you will need as anything over 11cm should be cut as logs, it has reversible disc cutting blade, that can be sharpened, parts are commonly available.
It also has a 360-degree rotatable chute that allows you to direct your chippings in any direction, whether this is into a compost bin, tipper, trailer or collection bag or simply a neat pile – this minimises mess and time spent cleaning up the chippings.
