Hardcover book: The Birthday Party by Ruth Krauss and illustrated by Maurice Sendak. This is a wonderful little book in “good vintage condition”. There are a few marks on the front cover near the black cloth binding. The inside right page has 7 candle/cupcakes which I believe were printed purposefully. The candle/cupcakes are the same as in the story.

Book measures: 6 3/8” wide x 4 1/4” high.
