On offer is one only MATCHED PAIR OF 6DQ6 BEAM POWER PENTODES - various brands - used - test strong - working, fully serviceable, part of a bulk purchase I made a few years back they all test new and most look new, however as the history is unknown please assume they are used - I have taken the trouble to sort them into matched pairs at the time I went through the test procedure - the 6DQ6 was primarily used as a horizontal deflection amp in TV's and also in radio transmitters, the valve did find use in PA and guitar amps during the 1960's and early 70's - Goldentone and Playmaster kit amps.

There are 2 versions of the 6DQ6 - the 6DQ6A and 6DQ6B the main difference is the anode  peak positive voltage - slightly higher in the 6DQ6B at 6500v against the 6DQ6A's 6000v, so which is the best for you ? - the 6DQ6's (A or B) are run well within their ratings in all Playmaster and Goldentone amps and it is unlikely they will ever see 6000v so it makes no difference - both versions will do the same job.

A full test with an AVO valve tester found no issues with shorts or gas and all tested as fully serviceable - a final test on a RAT tube tester confirmed the AVO test, all tested at or close to 100%, the photo shows typical test meter values - buy with confidence.  - fixed price shipping $10 to any Australian state.
