Most orders sent within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment, some orders may take up to 3 business days to process.
Our orders are shipped via Singapore Post/ Hong Kong Post First Class Registered* Airmail (*with tracking number, signature required). We will send order dispatch notification email to you with tracking number and expected delivery date: usually within 14 business days from the order dispatch date. Please note that it is only a suggested date, it may vary. (Especially during festive seasons like Easter or Christmas)
Undeliverable package: When we received orders returned to us with incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or reship.
Reship: If the buyer wants the order to be reshipped, buyer will need to pay for the shipping charge. We will resend the item after shipping charge is received.
Refund: Item cost will be refunded, but shipping charge is not refundable, in case of returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders. We are sorry that refund would not be possible if the parcel is not returned to us by the customs department.
