Antique Victorian White Satin Glass Mount Washington Wave Crest w/ Enamel Flowers Salt Pepper Sugar Shaker

This white glass shaker looks like it once had pepper in it, still some residue left inside. Top is tarnished with a light ding, threads on & off easily. Glass is very good, no chips or cracks, handpainted flowers are solid. I believe this is a Mt. Washington piece of glass with enameled decoration. Possibly the wave crest pattern/shape. Stands 2-1/4" tall, measures 2" across the bottom of base. Very light pencil markings underneath that I can't quite make out other than a # sign.
