Mesurements - 5 1/2" diameter, 1 1/4" tall.  Flat surface for holding a lamp, vase or figurine is 4" in diameter.

Condition - Unused with original box, some surface scratches are present, boxes may have minor damage. The hole that has been drilled in the top of the stand (for the cord) is slightly off center.  It is hard to see with the naked eye, but it is slightly off center.  Please do not buy these stands if you must have a hole that is EXACTLY in the center of the stand.
